One-On-One Coaching

During these coaching sessions, insight is provided in a one-on-one approach, whether by phone, video-conferencing, or face-to-face, in order to guide the client through the situations, thoughts, and improvements they would like to set into play in their development.
This type of coaching is more of the listening variety, providing feedback accordingly to help guide the client through their own thoughts and outlining what they themselves might either not see for themselves or realize but seek guidance on how to change their habits, approach, and understanding, either to their personal or professional life.
What is surprising is that in the course of the series of coaching sessions, due to the inquisitive nature of the coaching, the purpose of the client’s initial desire to begin one-on-one coaching might not be what is determined to be the true underlying foundation of the client’s need.
After initial assessment discussions with the client, the coaching services and focus can be provided to target such items including, but not limited to:
- Leadership Development
- Professional Development
- Personal Development
- Workplace Leadership
- Interview Coaching
Session Lengths: 1 hour
Number of Sessions: Dependent on the client’s needs and the growth level desired
