Coach It & The Self 60
The Self 60 – Professional Development Mind/Set was first compiled as a guide for business school undergraduates to take into account before they entered the business world either through internships or full time jobs.
It serves as a cheat sheet for them to get a quick glance at all of the attributes and habits they should strive to carry with them when they enter the workforce, or any environment, for that matter, where applicable. As has been mentioned before, most times there’s a way to transfer lessons from leadership to your personal life and vice versa.
The Self 60 is a living document, so items are rotated in and out accordingly. That’s what this particular podcast series will do for you.
Take a listen below.

@vswami2012 @SBLeaders 4/ What ideas might you have for us to collect feedback? Can I share some of your ideas with others, whether with your name on it or anonymously? Is there anything I am missing in what I've considered to the team or organization?
@vswami2012 @SBLeaders 3/ Do you feel you can be honest? Why or why not? Have there been times here where you've feared being honest? Have we as an organization missed out on your ideas because you felt you couldn't speak up? Do you think others would want to speak up more?
@vswami2012 @SBLeaders 2/ Besides resources for the work, what do YOU need? What would you ideally like to see happen here? Is that the best option/options? Why will it work -- or not? Aside from your work, what else do toy see in our organization, the good and the bad? Are you being honest? 😁
@vswami2012 @SBLeaders 1/ Theoretically, it could happen. From the most general information to the last detail. Leading someone: Who are you? What's your background? How long have you been here? What do you do? Are you happy edith how you do it? Are the better tools/resources you need?

We go through a society of appearances, trying to live up to a certain expectation. Due to that, it’s not natural -- for now -- for people to easily and frequently talk about their failures. That needs to change. #career #professional #regrets ow.ly/6VIW30n9B0K
