The Leadership Exchange by Coach It Out will serve as a collection and catalog of experiences and stories of those profiled here.
This exchange will profile students and professionals from across various fields, specialties, and points in education and careers, representing various views and perspectives of leadership.
That kind of exposure to other ideas and backgrounds is important to our own growth and development. We can all benefit by reading about people we might not necessarily meet in our day-to-day lives.
