The client provides the topic that their organization has deemed necessary for their target group to learn about and gain exposure to based on need. The coach will work with the client contact in order to determine what the needs are for the topics that will be conveyed. The client will provide the ideas that are needed while the coach will refine the presentation to delve deeper into the theories of the needs. The presentation must proceed with both the client’s and the coach’s agreement that they feel the right topics are covered (the client) in the best methods possible and available (the coach).
Follow up is also provided to ensure there is complete understanding of the topics and tenets covered in the presentation.
